追記している本日3/5付けでCAPCOMから再度連絡がありました。
引き続き権利関係の確認を取っていただけているとのことですが、海外も含めて複雑な確認が必要とのことで時間がかかっているとのことです。
個人、法人(個人事業主や所属等含む)で対応も異なるため細かな確認、対応が必要となるようです。
前回の連絡からちょうど2か月経過していたため、このまま黙認のラインで静観するのかと思いましたが変わらず丁寧な対応でした。感謝。
2021年1月6日付でカプコンが動画投稿や配信の個人向けガイドラインを更新しました。

さっと目を通してみましたがとりあえずサイトの指定等は無いようです。
※大手は参考例として名を挙げられていますが個人サイトでも個人であればOKのようです
Mildom(ミルダム)で配信出来るのか？
規約を守っていればMildom(ミルダム)でも配信出来るように読み取れます。
ですが、個人に限る、という留意点を読む限り、スポンサードを受けているプロチームや、公認配信者として契約している公認ストリーマーは対象外に当たるようです。
いろいろなパターンがあるかと思われますが、各所属法人(プロなら運営法人、Mildom(ミルダム)公認であればDouyu Japan)の契約が別途必要かと思われます。
Mildom(ミルダム)に関しては公認の場合はDouyu Japan側の契約が必須になると思われますのでDouyu Japanのリリースを待ちましょう。
また、気になる点としては収益化にあたり、広告収益と第3者の自発的な寄付的行為、とあります。(要するにアドセンス収入と投げ銭が前提)
Mildom(ミルダム)はやや特殊な環境下にあるため(時給と投げ銭)、この点に関してはCAPCOMに問い合わせ中です。
もしこの点がNGとなるのであればMildom(ミルダム)では配信出来ない可能性もあるかと思われます。

今のところ配信タイトルの制限は無し。
